Work order and rules to follow. 

Hire 8 electricians and more if possible (4 per prio zone)
AC expectations is minimum 3 installations per week with Inverter, battery and charger included per person. Total capacity 24 projects per week.(40 hours weeks) 
Report to and follow local (Hub)managers rules and decisions 
Contract need to be signed before start day 
Need company information for the final draft. 
Hourly cost overview 
SVEA way of work and installation standards have to be followed. 
​Onboarding in our training center in NL is mandatory (8/8-22 is the first training booked for externals)
Name and contact information for all external employees. 
AC Certification EU approved 
Accommodation handel from the external partner 
Cars, Tools 100% from the external partner 
Basic consumable materials handle by external partner, fuse, cables, strips, screws etc. 
Material from SVEA
battery, inverters, panels, chargers etc. 
3 Month in the first assignment with possibles to extend 
Exclusivity for SVEA in Germany 
Insecure for DE is on the external partner
